Jeremy Castle is a healthcare executive with over two decades of experience leading enterprise operations, multi-site growth, and performance-driven organizations across healthcare and MSO models. He specializes in executive leadership, building scalable operating frameworks, aligning strategy with execution, and driving consistent results through periods of growth and transformation.

As CEO of Options Medical Weight Loss, Jeremy sets the organization’s strategic direction, leads the executive team, oversees all operations, and partners with the board to guide key decisions. He focuses on long-term performance, operational clarity, and scaling the organization while maintaining alignment with its mission and strategic goals.

Previously, Jeremy held senior executive roles including Chief Operations Officer at The Oncology Institute, Regional Vice President at One Oncology, and Chief Operating Officer at Arizona Urology Specialists, as well as senior leadership positions at US Oncology Network and Panoramic Health.

Originally from the Washington D.C. area, Jeremy is a passionate supporter of Maryland/D.C. sports teams, including the Ravens, Orioles, Capitals, and Wizards. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his three children: Blake, Arizona, and Jackson. Jeremy’s leadership approach is pragmatic and execution-focused, emphasizing operational rigor, accountability, and scalable systems that support sustainable growth in complex healthcare environments.

Rob Laney is the Chief Financial Officer of Options Medical Weight Loss, bringing over 15 years of experience driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence across private equity, healthcare, and construction sectors.

Rob has led company turnarounds and private equity transactions, consistently improving EBITDA, optimizing cost structures, and building scalable financial systems. Known for his data-driven decision-making and level-headed, strategic leadership, Rob blends analytical rigor with emotional intelligence to inspire high-performing teams and deliver results.

Rob holds an MBA from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University.

Manish Goomar is the Chief Digital Technology Officer of Options Medical Weight Loss, bringing more than 15 years of experience leading digital innovation and enterprise technology strategy. His expertise spans digital transformation, product development, cybersecurity, and scalable architecture design, with a proven record of helping organizations modernize operations and enhance customer engagement.

Manish is known for his hands-on leadership style and ability to translate complex technology into impactful business outcomes. He holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Purdue University.

Outside of work, Manish enjoys exploring new technologies, mentoring future tech leaders, and traveling with his family.

An obesity medicine specialist and public health advocate, Dr. Mattingly leads our clinical protocols and provider network nationwide.

Dr. Katrina A. Mattingly is a board-certified obesity medicine and emergency medicine physician serving as the Chief Medical Officer and Brand Ambassador for Options Medical Weight Loss. A founding partner of the company, she has helped guide its growth from a single clinic into a multimillion-dollar practice with more than 40 clinics across nine states.

Dr. Mattingly has led the development of treatment protocols for thousands of metabolic health patients and has mentored hundreds of Advanced Practice Clinicians as a collaborating physician. She is also the CEO of KAM Medical, LLC, and played a pivotal role in providing COVID-19 testing and treatment during the pandemic.

Passionate about addressing obesity-related health disparities, particularly in underserved communities, Dr. Mattingly has participated in medical and transport missions in countries including Haiti, Ghana, Mexico, China, Japan, and Canada. She received the inaugural University of Chicago Emergency Medicine Residency Community Service Award for her leadership and service.

Dr. Mattingly earned her bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Hampton University and her medical degree with honors from Meharry Medical College, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. In her free time, she enjoys scuba diving, international travel, wine tasting, growing truffles, and spending time with her husband and three children.

Dr. John Mulligan is the Medical Director of Options Medical Weight Loss and is based in Chicago, Illinois. He is a graduate of Loyola Stritch School of Medicine and completed his residency in emergency medicine at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Mulligan proudly served more than 10 years in the U.S. Army as a Medical Corps officer, achieving the rank of Major before his honorable discharge. He also earned his MBA through the executive program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

With over 27 years of experience as a practicing physician and executive leader in emergency medicine, Dr. Mulligan has served as founder, owner, and CEO of several medical contract management companies across both private and public healthcare sectors. Seeking to help patients achieve lasting wellness, Dr. Mulligan joined Options Medical Weight Loss in 2023. He has completed training in Obesity and Culinary Medicine and personally experienced his own health transformation through the Options program.

She drives initiatives that align talent, culture, and operations to achieve measurable business outcomes, with expertise spanning performance management, organizational design, compensation strategy, and leadership development—all grounded in the company’s mission to end obesity one patient at a time.

Throughout her career, Samantha has partnered with executive teams to guide organizations through complex growth and transformation while fostering high-performing, values-driven cultures. Her leadership is defined by strategic execution, data-informed decision-making, and a deep commitment to empowering care teams and leaders to perform at their best.

Samantha holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and lives in Maryland with her wife, Kirstin, their golden retrievers, Matthew and Cruz, and their cat, Sid.

Ryan Hosack serves as the Vice President of Finance at Options Medical Weight Loss. With more than a decade of experience across both public and private organizations, he has led finance teams in strategic planning, forecasting, and developing efficient accounting operations. His professional background includes roles at Express, Affordable American Insurance, and Abercrombie & Fitch, as well as several nonprofit organizations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Coastal Carolina University.

Ryan resides in Ohio and, in his free time, enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, hiking in the mountains, and following a variety of sports—especially Ohio State athletics.

Cory has provided corporate counsel services in the healthcare and K–12 digital education sectors since 2014. He has delivered technology-based vendor management, regulatory counsel, and BPO services to multiple Fortune 500 healthcare clients through a boutique law firm he founded. Cory then shifted his focus to digital education services when demand surged during the COVID-19 pandemic. During that time, he formed and managed two enterprise-level departments and served as senior corporate counsel for the world’s largest K–12 digital curriculum company.

When Cory is not at work, he enjoys serving at church, singing with his wife in community choral groups, and hiking, camping, and participating in shooting sports in the mountains with his seven children near their home in central Utah. He is tolerated by three cats, nine chickens, and two rabbits that his family has accumulated along the way.

Cory is a graduate of Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida, and is a member of The Florida Bar.
