have always been tired, I’ve always been a big sleeper, which gets in the way of exercise a lot. So the fat burners were so influential in keeping my body going through a workout and even just having enough energy to start the workout.
In a 10-week program you could not repeat the meals over and over, which was awesome. Because, you know, some programs It’s like, “Oh, two chocolate shakes every day!”. You get tired of that real fast so it was nice that one week I had the vegetarian chili, and one week I had macaroni and cheese.
The support that my counselor and the other team members at Options gave me during the program helped me stick with it. It motivates you to keep going and kind of get past that initial shock of the change.
